Upcoming fairs will target technical and nontechnical professionals, and are promoted to a curated network of talented Black professionals.Talent Sourcing is also undertaken under BVCF. We take advantage of a curated database of Black professionals, solid research, professional organization relationships and targeted digital marketing. Projects are typically initiated as one year engagements, ranging from 5 - 20 position sourcing requests.

AAEN offers a professional workforce training program designed to embed equity practices into the fabric of corporate America through individual introspection, enhancement of self awareness and race consultation. Trained facilitators provide guidance, resources, and direction in the implementation of a new approach to managing bias and facilitating connectivity, understanding and change among co-workers.
Our training is designed to equip employees to develop honoring relationships with those who look and perhaps act differently by empowering them to discover and respectfully engage with the unique greatness of similarities, while respecting differences and celebrating authenticity.
